These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of InvoiceKit Pro ("the Software"), a browser extension sold by Unproton Labs ("we", "us", "our"), operating as InvoiceKit. By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these terms.
01License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use InvoiceKit Pro on devices you own or control. The license is for your individual use only.
You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or share your license key with any third party. Each purchase is for a single user.
02Payment & Billing
InvoiceKit Pro is sold as a one-time purchase. You will be charged once and your license will never expire. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
03Prohibited Use
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; use the Software for any unlawful purpose; use the Software to generate fraudulent documents; or circumvent any license enforcement mechanism.
04Updates & Future Features
Your license includes all future updates to InvoiceKit Pro released while the product is actively maintained. We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or replace features at our discretion. Major new products sold separately are not included.
05Intellectual Property
InvoiceKit and all associated materials are owned by us. Your purchase grants a license to use the Software, not ownership of it.
06Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Software will be error-free or meet every use case. Documents generated by the Software are templates and do not constitute legal advice.
07Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
08Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
09Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
