We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If InvoiceKit Pro isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
01Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. Simply contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
02How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@unproton.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used to purchase. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
You can also request a refund directly through Paddle (our payment processor) by visiting paddle.com. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases and handles all refund processing.
03No Cancellations
InvoiceKit Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. There is nothing to cancel — your license is yours for life.
